Can I trust Saved By Technology?

We've been in business for over fifteen years for one primary reason: outstanding customer service. We've never failed to do right by our customers. We pride ourselves on being fair and reasonable. Our business is built on repeat customers. New customers come to us from word of mouth recommendations from existing, satisfied customers. If you do have a problem of any kind, rest assured that we'll do everything in our power to make it right. Our future depends on it!

What about Technical Support?

Our policy is to provide ongoing technical support for products that are purchased from us. We may not be able to solve any problem you throw at us, but we guarantee to try our very best. With hundreds of tech support calls coming in daily, chances are we can help you with any problem you encounter.

What happens if it breaks down?

Many times we are able to resolve problems right over the phone. If your equipment does require service and repair, we'll help. Our in-house repair facilities are suitable to deal with many problems. If your equipment has to be shipped back to the manufacturer for warranty or non-warranty repair, we'll arrange the shipping and take care of any documentation required for brokerage or customs.

Saved By Technology offers in-house service and repair at a rate of $50/hour with a $25 minimum charge. We repair most brands of synths, sound modules and samplers, including older and vintage instruments.

We fix broken Macs & peripherals! $50/hour or by flat rate/estimate.
All warranty repairs require the original bill of sale. We cannot process equipment dropped off or shipped to us for warranty repair without the bill of sale. Shipping, handling and brokerage charges not included in the manufacturer's warranty will be charged separately.

How do I order?

By e-mail, phone or fax. We accept cash, bank drafts, money orders, wire transfers VISA, MasterCard and AMEX credit cards. In order to prevent the increasing fraudulent use of credit cards we require a fax of the front and back of the credit card along with the signed approval form. The shipping address must match the billing address of the credit card. COD shipping (cash only) available in Canada only. Alternatively you can wire transfer funds to us - just e-mail us for wire transfer instructions.

PRICING: All prices, specs and product availability are subject to change without notice. Please call to confirm the latest price. Limited quantities for all sale items and demo/used gear. We are not responsible for errors. Some manufacturers and suppliers prohibit us from displaying a price for their products, so please call, fax or e-mail for those items for which a price is not displayed. Some products are not available in some areas due to restrictions from our manufacturers and suppliers.


WARRANTIES: Manufacturer's Warranty applies to all new product purchases. Original bill of sale is required for warranty service. Shipping, handling and brokerage is not included.



SHIPPING:
We ship via UPS Ground for lowest cost; expedited service available on request. All C.O.D. shipments must be paid by Money Order or Certified Cheque. No Provincial Sales Tax except in Ontario. We ship worldwide.




NOTE: All sales are final - no refunds. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced. Saved By Technology Inc. retains title of ownership to all merchandise until paid in full and reserves the right to reclaim unpaid merchandise.

EQUIPMENT LEASING
We are pleased to offer a variety of equipment leasing options to our Canadian customers. We work with a number of leasing companies and brokers. We'll also work with the leasing company of your choice.

To apply for an equipment lease, just drop into the store or call us and we'll get you a sales quote and a leasing application form. Let us help you get the financing you need to make your equipment purchase a reality!


 
EQUIPMENT RENTALS
We rent most of the goods we sell to local Canadian customers - just call us in advance with your requirements. We will reserve equipment with advance payment of rental. Renter must be over 18 and hold valid credit card in his/her name. Photo I.D. is also required.
Rental buy-outs: If you buy an item within a week of renting it, we'll be pleased to apply 100% of the rent paid to reduce the purchase price of that item. For longer periods, we'll still apply 60% of the total rent paid per item to the original purchase price of that item. It's a great way to try out a production your own setup before deciding to buy it.

EDUCATIONAL SALES
Music Educators & Educational Institutions: Saved By Technology is pleased to offer schools and individual music educators special discounts on many major product lines. Affordable classroom site licenses are also available. Conditions vary according to each manufacturer or supplier, so call, fax or e-mail us with your specific requirements.
